Jews in historical board games?

I played a game (sorry, can't remember the name, it was North something) with a medieval/renaissance setting, and it made strategic sense for me to play the religious buildings track. So I built a statue, a something, a church, and a cathedral, which was mildly weird feeling.

Not a big deal, but I was left wondering whether there were any medieval/renaissance games which include Jewish characters. The people I was with-- people who do a lot of gaming-- didn't know of any.
